I grow a lot of chives.
Occasionally I use them for garnish or on cottage cheese.
What I really grow them for is the cute little purple ball flowers.
Are you getting the impression that I really like round flowers? LOL

I also grow chives and noticed yesterday that they all have their purple flowers now. Yesterday for dinner I sliced up some potatoes, cut up some chives, added butter and salt & pepper and wrapped it all up in foil and cooked it on the bbq...yummm so good!
