I took pics of some of my advertising cookie jars while taking them down to clean this weekend. I have quite a few cookie jars, but I never put cookies in any of them!
These are cute! We use to call my little brother Ken the Pillsbury Doughboy because he was pleasingly plump. I just bought a Toto from the Wizard of Oz cookie jar. He's in Dorothy's basket and adorable. I collect cookbooks from different tv shows and movies. I do have a Wiz of Oz cookbook. My newest one is from The Sopranos. I see you top part is still short. I wonder what's going on? Did you ever try to add a header like the one I have?
The header was all the way over until a few days ago. If you want a header anytime, let me know and I can make you a few samples. I'll probably be stuck in the family room when my kitchen is torn up playing on the computer (or I could be cleaning the basement-lol). Not sure when that will be.
I appreciate you taking the time and effort to leave a comment. I will try to answer any questions you have. Please note due to Blogger changing word verification so almost nobody can read it, I have had to change to no word verification and only allow registered users to comment.
I am so glad you stopped by to visit my garden. I garden in lower northern Michigan (zone 5) in far less than ideal conditions. I have too many pine trees, too much shade, too many rocks, herds of hosta-munching deer and rabbits who think my lilly buds are gourmet appetizers. I am by no means an expert in horticulture or garden design--just an amateur with a shovel and a passion. My garden changes daily during the summer and I will be updating frequently.
During the winter months, I blog about my favorite cold-weather hobby--quilting and just my everyday musings.
I hope you enjoy your visit, and that you will come back soon.

The toto jar sounds so cute.
ReplyDeleteHeavens, No, I have not tried to add a header like you have. I would not know where to begin.
I be happy just to figure out how to get my header across the whole page. Although until you mentioned it, I never even noticed it!! LOL
