For Girl Gone Gardening

who loves frogs....well, this is a toad, but he is real. It's a toss up on which is uglier--this real one or the big green fake below. LOL. I have nothing against these guys. I know they are beneficial in the garden, but I don't want to get too friendly---like I would not touch them or anything like that. EWWWWWWWWW............

    I saw two of them in my own garden today (real ones)

    a little one and a big one. I have no slugs, they eat em all :)

    you know, GGG, I don't have a slug problem either. I never really thought about these guys eating them. Nice!

    yeah they will eat anything smaller and slower then they are. A blessed garden is one full of toads. I know this...back in CA I had NO toads, and so many slugs it was a loseing battle. You couldnt grow anything but weeds.
