A few late afternoon pics of my garden on August 6, 2010:
Close up of canna 'King Humbert'--nice vibrant red, but blah green leaves.
I hope you all have a great weekend. I am planning to go to my local Farmer's Market early tomorrow morning. It is the once a year flea market at the Farmer's Market. In past years I have found quite a few treasures.
Wish me luck for tomorrow morning!

I am using my dining room table to baste this big one -- it's about 105 x
105 inches (king size).
It's been a while since I've finished one this big.

My younger neighbor was gone Friday on a float trip with her teen age daughter. She left the 3 yr old son home with Daddy. Daddy was working on his truck and the 3 yr old took clippers and cut all 12of her elephants ears OFF!!
Maybe I should send her your blog so she can look at how pretty yours are.
Have a great Sunday!
Great labels on the photos! Hope you let us know what you find at the flea market.
