Echinops Begins to Bloom

I do love round flowers.

    The bluish ones are the Echinops (also called 'Globe Thistle').

    I am always on the lookout for flowers! These are actually fairly common in nurseries.

  5. Hm, they are pretty in your garden, but I don't think I'd convince myself to plant thistle in mine. Too reminiscent of the ones I pull out of the ground as weeds.
