I am not sure what this one is, but I think it's called 'Fan Fare'
I like how the light is hitting it on this pic.
I found a computer to post from, so I will be posting a bunch of stuff today.
Let me tell you, it sure is BORING without internet access. I looked at the clock yesterday and it was only 4:30 p.m. and I wondered what I was going to do for the rest of the night!
I decided to do some housecleaning on the computer. I did a defrag analysis and even though it said I didn't need to, I defragged. It takes hours to defrag, so I went outside and watered the plants and took some pictures.
Everything looks drab at the moment. Since the grass is brown it drags everything down.
Here's a whole bunch of red and yellow
Making Miscellaneous Christmas Quilt Blocks

At the moment, I have no idea what will become of these quilt blocks I have
been making for the past couple of weeks. I guess they will remain in this
bin...

Hey you're back! Great photos. I think plants will do what they want to do, unfortunately. Your planters look pretty to me.
ReplyDeleteI was surprised to see your post come up in bloglines, but glad you found a computer. I so enjoy your garden in all its glory!!
ReplyDeleteYou do mass plantings so well! Those daylilies look great!
ReplyDeleteI couldn't stand being away a second longer! LOL. This is pure torture.
ReplyDeleteYou're right Dianne, they sure do what they want to. It's always a surprise. Thanks for the compliment.
Sue, Missed being here, too.
Karen, I do love mass plantings. It's a good thing because now that I have so many plants, I either have to have masses or toss them out. And you know how much it hurts us gardeners to throw any plant away!
Glad you found a computer. It is terrible to be without them.
ReplyDeleteFunny this morning I had some petunias that were looking sick and I asked myself "what would Zoey do" yep I trashed them..
All of your flowers look so pretty.
LOL, Pat. (that is you, right?)
ReplyDeleteIf they were really, really sick, I might trash them! :)
But first I would cut them waaaaay back just to see if they would regain their spunk.
If no spunk returned within a couple of weeks they would be outta here! Life's too short to baby plants.
