If not, you should try it!
Mmmmmmmm
I added a baby spinach leaf on each side. I think that makes it a nutritous snack, don't you?

So what have you all been doing this week?
I have been going to work, coming home, making dinner, spending a little time on the computer, going to bed, getting up and starting over again.
Yeah, it's been a cold, rainy dull week.
I have been a bit lax in answering my comments lately so I just wanted to say a big thanks to all of you who commented on the last couple of posts...Deb, Susie, TC, Dianne, Jean, Pea, and Betty. Some of you don't have an email address so I can't answer, but I wanted you all to know that I do read and appreciate every comment. So thanks for taking the time from your busy days to brighten mine.
Tonight I started to redo the dining room table with my newest table runner. I wasn't in the mood so I left it at this point and will continue on this weekend.
I am thinking all black, white and silver. We shall see.
I hope you are all having a good week. I've been visiting the blogs, but not necessarily commenting. I guess I am just not in a chatty mood this week. I probably need more sunshine.
Looks pretty yummy.
ReplyDeleteI think that maybe you could put a different color with that runner besides sticking with black, white, and silver. (That would be classy though...) Like maybe if you stuck in a red dish or something. Give it a pop against the black and white? I'm excited to see what you do.
:) Smiles :)
Hi Zoey,
ReplyDeleteThe spinach totally makes it a meal :-)
(looks delish BTW)
This week has flown by for us. We're trying to get the yard presentable for my Dad's 80th bday party this weekend.
Love your tablescape (but then I like all of them!)
Sometimes I don't feel like commenting either. If you need sunshine, CA had more than its fair share this week. Thankfully, it's cooled down today!
xo
Like you, Zoey, I have been reading all my fave blogs, but have had little time to comment. With summer quickly approaching, I have to spend every sunny day in the garden. Our growing season is so short that I have to take advantage of every minute.
ReplyDeleteAs always, your blog is full of fun and interesting things.
Oh Zoey I love that cheeseburger idea..totally healthy, the spinach put it over the top:)
ReplyDeleteMy week sounds a bit like yours..nothing exciting really happening..just plodding along but am still loving it. Waiting for warm weather as well.
I just discovered your blog as I am trying to decide what perennials to plant this year. You have such great ideas. I wish you were my neighbor
ReplyDeleteThat looks so yummy! We are having a great weather weekend, I hope you do too! Jean
ReplyDeleteI had that kind of week to-tried to cheer myself up by buying a few trays of flowers. It was really pretty on Friday and will get in the 80s over the weekend-ugh.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see what you do with your tablescape.
And do pass the chips and cheeseburger. : )
