DH and I have had a quiet morning of breakfast-after-church, gift opening and watching Christmas episodes of old sitcoms.
I made an ambrosia salad to take to his parents tonight while he took a nap.
Right now I am doing a load of laundry because I want to wear the same blouse I wore last night.
So it has been a very calm and lovely Christmas morning at my house.
Making Miscellaneous Christmas Quilt Blocks
-
At the moment, I have no idea what will become of these quilt blocks I have
been making for the past couple of weeks. I guess they will remain in this
bin...

What a lovely photo of the two of you. Looks like you had a wonderful Christmas with lots of goodies if that wrapping paper is anything to go by...lol.
ReplyDeleteCute shots! Who took the photos? (Tripod?)
ReplyDeleteLooks like our decorations will be up a while longer as I gather strength to put them away. ; )
Calidore, lots of little gifts which did result in a big pile of wrapping paper.
ReplyDeleteyes, Dianne, I used a tripod -- much to DH's chagrin. I made him wait to start eating until I had snapped three pictures. I have learned that I need to take at least a dozen to get one that looks decent. Since he would only put up with three, this was the best I could get. LOL
I asked because we also used a tripod in '03 and '04 for the Christmas photos. We didn't take one this year. And you are right, it takes a few shots before you get one you really like or can use.
