Maybe it is Worth Looking at those Magazine Offers
Here's a heads up in case you get lucky enough to get this offer.
I am glad I opened it before tossing it in the garbage.
Just $23.95 for 21 issues.
That’s $1.14 an issue! When have you last seen a magazine for $1.14?
I couldn’t resist that one.
It’s an uppity magazine for high end gardeners, but I feel certain that I will get at least a $1.14 worth of inspiration from each issue. Just the pretty pictures are worth a buck.
Oh yes, that magazine does look good! Not quite as good as the food though LOL Love your snowman and what a cute man in your bag of brown sugar! Your meatloaf looks like I want some of it right now :)
So I just ordered 4 magazines (3 for me and 1 for Bri) at the above site for less than $70 for a total of 5 years worth of magazines! I got Martha Stewart Living at a cheap price-about $24. They say if you see any magazine they have at a lower price, they will match it!
Wow, that is a great deal and I don't blame you for not being able to resist it! There are so many magazines I see that I would love but not at $6.99 to $12.99 a magazine! Sheesh! You were asking about Tim Horton's...yes it is a Canadian franchised coffee shop, very much like your Dunkin' Donuts and actually, there are Tim Horton's in some of the States! When I go to Niagara Falls, New York, we always end up going to get a coffee at one they have there:-) Hugs xox
HUGE addiction to magazines! LOVE magazines! But I get them at yard sales... or half-off at used bookstores... or from friends that are throwing them out! Problem is... I can't ever throw em out!
I appreciate you taking the time and effort to leave a comment. I will try to answer any questions you have. Please note due to Blogger changing word verification so almost nobody can read it, I have had to change to no word verification and only allow registered users to comment.
I am so glad you stopped by to visit my garden. I garden in lower northern Michigan (zone 5) in far less than ideal conditions. I have too many pine trees, too much shade, too many rocks, herds of hosta-munching deer and rabbits who think my lilly buds are gourmet appetizers. I am by no means an expert in horticulture or garden design--just an amateur with a shovel and a passion. My garden changes daily during the summer and I will be updating frequently.
During the winter months, I blog about my favorite cold-weather hobby--quilting and just my everyday musings.
I hope you enjoy your visit, and that you will come back soon.

It's hard to find magazines that cheap. I get a lot from the library, but some I like to have to use for reference again and again.

ReplyDeleteZoey-how many issues per year? Sometimes I look into them and they are 4 or 6 per year...
ReplyDeleteIf this is even bi-monthly, it would be worth it!
I love looking through gardening magazines...even the ordering catalogs. It is much better than looking out the window at the weeds I need to pull!
ReplyDeleteMy girlfriend is really into quilting and I was telling her about the snowman you made. By any chance do you remember what book it was in?
