I have no recipe. You just slice them, season and baste a few times with garlic-infused melted butter. Half way through the baking sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the top and baste again with butter. YUM!
I saw something like these on a food network show. Can't remember which one. They look delicious. I'm always looking for a new way to fix potatoes...I'll give them a try. Balisha
I make these often and you're right, they are simply delicious!! I can't even remember where I had gotten the recipe but the parmasan cheese on them make them soooo good. Now I know what I'll be making for dinner tomorrow! lol xoxo

ReplyDeleteWhen I first saw this it looked like lobster tail! Sounds quick and easy. Can't go wrong with roasted veggies either.
