I did a table this morning for the upcoming holiday. The whole table was inspired by these flopping peonies. I posted it on my tablescaping blog. If you are interested, you can read about it here.
Betty, It took 15 years to get a bloom on that bush!!! LOL. I guess I finally moved it to a place it liked. It's been blooming for a few years now.
Karen, I almost ued less formal blue glasses, but I decided I like the mix--a sort of rustic formal. We are just about ready to have dinner on it for the first time.
I appreciate you taking the time and effort to leave a comment. I will try to answer any questions you have. Please note due to Blogger changing word verification so almost nobody can read it, I have had to change to no word verification and only allow registered users to comment.
Love those flopping peonies..great tablescape, Zoey. Here we have the big celebration on July 1..red and white!
ReplyDeleteAwesome peony bush you have there!
I like those candles, and the somewhat incongruous red wine glasses on a gingham tablecloth. You're all set for the holiday now.
