Oh this crabapple is gorgeous! We planted one a week ago and this is the color I wanted. I think hubby ordered another red...lack of communication here! Isn't it funny that my redbud turned out to be a red crabapple? We laughed about that one :) I guess we didn't do our research very thoroughly. We had written down that we planted redbuds around that time. I guess they didn't survive...along with several other trees from the Arbor Day Foundation. I wonder how often those plants survive. We haven't had much luck with them.
I appreciate you taking the time and effort to leave a comment. I will try to answer any questions you have. Please note due to Blogger changing word verification so almost nobody can read it, I have had to change to no word verification and only allow registered users to comment.
Another name for Verbena is VERVAIN. I didn't know that without looking it up; I've only ever known it as Verbena.
ReplyDeleteYour front garden is looking beautiful again. As always, I'm amazed at the transformation from the winter scenes.
Your crabapple tree is beautiful. I love the shades of pink.
